Do you charge membership fees?

Membership is completely optional. Please see below for membership benefits. Anyone who is approved can rent a bag.
What form of payment do you accept?
Answer:
We accept valid credit cards: Visa or MasterCard.
How are credit cards processed?
Answer:
We use Moneris Solutions to process all credit card transactions.
Is there another option available because I don't want to use my credit card over the internet?
Answer:
Yes; we do accept orders by phone, but there may be a small additional processing fee.
How do I return the bag when I'm finished with it?
Answer:
Returns are prepaid if you have chosen the courier option and live within the greater Vancouver area. Just keep the box/bag your handbag arrived in to reuse for the return of your package, apply the enclosed pre-paid packaging slip, and call us.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Answer:
There is a charge of $14.95 added to each order for shipping and handling. A signature will be required for all shipments; therefore, we will not ship items to P.O. Boxes. Order will take approximately two to five days to receive. Please note: we only ship within the Greater Vancouver Area for this rate. We do ship to other cities in Canada, but please call for applicable fees.
Can I get my handbag quicker than the general shipping terms stated?

Yes; we also offer express shipping. Simply choose that option when placing your order.
Are the designer handbags on your site reproductions?
Answer:
Every handbag is 100% Original and Authentic. You will never have to worry about carrying a copy, fake, or reproduction.
What if someone sends back a reproduction instead of the original handbag?
Answer:
It's Our Secret Luxury Handbag Rentals takes certain measures to ensure that the handbags we send out are the exact handbags we get returned to us. If there is a reproduction or fake, then the renter will be responsible for the full retail dollar value of the handbag.
Will I always receive a brand new handbag?
Answer:
All of our bags are new or in "like new" condition. Our standards are very high and we guarantee we will never send out a bag that is in less than wearable condition.
Can I purchase the handbag that I have rented?
Answer:
Yes; our handbags are available for purchase. Please contact us for more information.
What if I return the handbag damaged?
Answer:
It you return the handbag in an un-rentable condition, your credit card will be charged for the replacement value of the handbag, as outlined in your rental agreement.
Are all handbags cleaned after each use?
Answer:
Yes; we inspect, clean and sanitize all returned handbags before they are made available.
Why should I rent instead of buying my own?
Answer:
The advantages of renting instead of buying are that you have access to the trendiest handbags by the most in-demand designers. You don't have to break the bank to have great handbags that can be outdated in a couple of months. Also renting designer handbags is great if you have an event or vacation coming up and you want to show off the hottest styles!
